VALLEY RACING COMPLEX SLAMMS INTO PRIMETIME WITH HIT TELEVISION
SHOW CSI: CRIME SCENE INVESTIGATION

(Sylmar, Ca.) The phenomenal success of MB2 Raceway’s indoor kart racing complex in the North San Fernando Valley
has not gone unnoticed by the local motion picture and television industry. Actors, producers, stuntmen, studio executives,
location managers and below the line craft-persons frequent the facility to compete, train and for unique private,
corporate and wrap parties.

David Rambo and Rich Catalani lead writers on the hit television
show CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, who race at the MB2 Raceway
complex with their family’s were so enthralled with the local
karting facility they brought their team of CSI writers to the racing
venue and pitched a story concept surrounding the popular race
destination. Collectively the writing staff developed the upcoming
season’s second episode storyline. Details of the episode titled: Ala
Kart are being kept confidential, however MB2 Raceway plays a
significant role and is prominently featured in the episode directed
by Richard Lewis and airing locally on CBS 2 Thursday Oct. 4th at 9:00 pm.

Ala Kart was a demanding shoot, along with the MB2 Raceway location, a variety of ruff terrain Santa Clarita location
karting shots were required to bring this episode to fruition. “We have done a fair amount of filming here at the complex
but bringing our high performance Italian indoor electric race karts to life at optimum performance in the ruff terrain
required a little effort”, stated Chris Brooks, General Partner of MB2 Raceway who served as the technical advisor for
CSI Productions special FX, rigging and stunt departments.

“MB2 has enjoyed tremendous support from the motion picture community, both above and below the line industry
workers are a large portion of our consumer clientele”, said Will Miller, General Partner of MB2 Raceway. “Their creative
imagination really seems to run high when they get excited racing here at the track. We’ve been pitched story concepts
and location ideas often”.

MB2 Raceway has been a featured partner in projects facilitated by Disney Studios, Universal Studios, MTV, EEntertainment
Television, Cal Arts and others.
